Following a $50M Series B raise, Paymob was ready to scale internationally. To support that growth, they needed to build out a global leadership layer beneath their C-suite - including Global Heads, VPs, and Directors across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

The vision was clear: attract top-tier fintech talent from mature markets in EMEA, the US, and Asia, ideally with experience at standout companies like Stripe, Klarna, and GoCardless. But finding and engaging that level of talent from outside their home market was proving difficult. They needed a partner who could move fast and reach globally - not just another recruiter.
